Did any one see that show last night (i'm not sure which one it was) with the man

from Ed who was 473 pounds and had WLS surgery? My question is: They said he had a fairly new procedure one where they transect the stomach, reroute the intestine AND do the lap band so the stomach doesnt stretch,(like RNY PLUS LAP BAND). Has anyone heard of this and typically who is a candidate?
