Dr told me to take tylenol cold medicine, Should i be taking regular dose?

My doctor said i could take Tylenol cold or flu while i'm on coumadine, I was up half the night with jitters from taking it. I am wondering if i am suppose to take a half dose with my new pouch or the whole dose, i dont want to take it if i'll have jitters again. If anyone know I would appriciate your suggestions.
