i am 3 months post op and i have poly cystic ovarian.

has anyone had an increase in periods. i get 2 a month now. i was only off my birth control for a week after surgery and i dont know why i am getting them twice a month. i have PCOS and have lost 60 pounds in 3 months is this normal???
