What are my chances of losing all extra weight?

I went for my Pre-Op testing today and on their scales I weighed a whopping 286! If I only lose 60% of that, I will still be a big girl. What's my chance of losing more than 60%? I am having a Lap RNY on 02/12/2003...in 2 days! I was hoping to get back down to the 130 I weighed after having my 29 year old son. Is that silly?
