Anyone have BlueShield Access + HMO?

I'm one of the many people that have been switched to BlueShield from HealthNet this year. I was wondering if there are any people out there that have had to start all over? I'm curious about approval, but mostly if anyone that has Key Medical Group as their IPA, has gotten this surgery? I'm not sure if they have a contracted surgeon. Any help would be appreciated.
