Help - any private ins co's in IL that cover WLS

My sister's private ins premium increased because she was overweight. Had to go to a temperary insurance for 6 mos. She is now wanting to have the surgery but needs to find a private ins co that will cover this surgery. Her temp ins doesn't. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
