How long do I wait to drink after having Real Meals?

Happy Weekend to All. I have tried SEVERAL protein drinks and swore I would never try another another, but I caved in and tried Real Meals. I love it! It is the ONLY one I can drink. My question is, how long do I wait after I had my shake to start drinking my water? Also, will it hurt to only have one shake a day(half a poch at a time)? How long should it take me to drink it?
