Has anyone got a referral from Dr. Jessie Liscomb?

I know that Dr. Liscomb is a very well known doctor when it comes to diet pills, but he told me he would give me a referral for surgery, and I was wondering if there was anyone else out there that has had him give them a referral? thanks in advance
