Does anyone have any information on a Dr. Dominick Heffer at UCLA?

I had surgery set with Dr.Livingston at UCLA for 1/13/2003, now it has been changed to 1/21/2003 with a different Dr. Does anyone have any information on a Dr. Dominick Heffer at UCLA?? I have not even met him and cannot find any information on him.
