Does anyone in California have BlueShield Access Plus?

I was recently switched to BlueShield Access Plus, from HealthNet, and now I have to start all over again. The only problem is, I need a surgeon, to be referred to. Has anyone had this problem?.. Can you tell me how to find out who is contracted with BluShield.. Customer Service doesn't even know.
