I'm seeking a surgeon for Gastric Banding

I live close to Wichita, Kansas and need to find a surgeon within 200 miles for Gastric Banding. Because I have multiple medical problems, my doctors want me to have the Gastric Banding procedure, instead of the common Gastric Bypass. I have searched and searched, but been unable to find any doctors performing this procedure.
