At almost 3 wks out after open RNY, could this sharp pain in my left shoulder be gas

I have really not been bothered that bad w/ gas post operatively, however tonight sort of all of a sudden I got a sharp pain in my left shoulder, mvmt certain ways makes it worse- the pain is in my shoulder and under my shoulder blade. I straightened up posture wise but that only "pulled on my incision" and didn't help the pain, I have taken 2 gas-x but still there. No other symptoms. I hate to be a bother, but you guys are the pros. Thanks.
