Has anyone had a revision due to their pouch being to large?

I had surgery in 6/2001 with a starting weight of 280 lbs. My initial pouch size was 40cc's w/a intestinal bypass of 100 cm. I now weigh 230 pounds, having regained 30. So, in total, I only lost 80 pounds. My new surgeon states that my pouch was too large, and that the standard pouch size is 15-20 cc's. Has anyone been approved for a revision with similar circumstances such as mine? Thanks!
