Outside of US self-pay options

Does anyone have any experience/recommendations for self-pay WLS outside of the US? I am familiar with Dr. Baltasar's clininc in Spain. I also saw a post where someone posted having surgery in Mexico City. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of a comprehensive list of foreign self-pay WLS options?
