Does anyone have any experience w/Wausau Benefits?

I have my initial consult w/my surgeon in Nov. -- I have insurance sponsored by Wausau Benefits - a PPO. Is there anyone out there that has this insurance that has either had surgery or is dealing with them for approval?? Thanks !
