Cost of implants?

I have an appointment with a plastic surgeon to get a breast reduction/lift and a tummy tuck, and (crossing my fingers) an arm lift. i wanted to know if the breast reduction and tummy tuck were approved, how much extra would i have to pay for implants. and also if everything else is approved except for the arms, how much would that cost to get at the same time as the things that were approved?
