I'm 3 mos post op and I still have an open wound inside my abdomin/belly

One week after surgey I got infection in my incision and the doc had to remove 6 staples to let the puss out and I had to have it packed twice daily I also had a tiny hole about 1 inch above my belly button well after about 6 weeks the big hole filled in and closed a week later the little hole opened back up and the doc said I had to probe the small hole twice daily after you get passed the opening there is open space clear up passed the other hole and the small hole keeps closing and now the big hole opened back up very little fluid comes out except after my hubby probes it it bleeds any suggestions or words of wisdom also I've lost 80lbs in 3 months yah
