Dr's performing Lapband in Pacific Northwest?

Does anyone know if there are any Dr's in the Seattle area performing The Lapband procedure? Or, as a 2nd choice-The Portland, Or. area? I can't find a surgeon near my hometown of Medford , Or. Thanks All!
