I'm looking for ideas for protein rich foods to bring in my lunch box to work??

Any suggestions at all would be appreciated. I am not fond of shrimp or lobster. I usually have a half hour for lunch and 10 or 15 min. for breaks. It doesn't matter if it has to be refrigerated or not...I just need some new ideas. I'm getting bored with cottage cheese, cheese, yogurt, peanuts, grilled chicken strips...
