Yes or no to taking out GB?

If I have a healthy gallbladder my surgeon will let me make up my mind as to having it removed or not. I know alot of people have to have it removed down the road but I'm worried about taking out a perfectly good organ. Did anyone have a "good" GB out? Would love to hear any and all comments. Thanks a bunch!
