Lemonade making me SICK!!

I'm almost 8 months post-op and I've been a devotee of Crystal Light Pink Lemonade. I've also been drinking Wyler's Lite Pink Lemonade and Country Time Sugar Free Strawberry Lemonade. I've noticed in the past week or so that anytime I drink lemonade - pink or otherwise that my stomach absolutely aches with a pain like a sharp stick in the eye. Has anyone had this happen? What causes it? Is this normal? I LOVE lemonade and hate to imagine my life without it!! ( can do without the chocolate - but I need my lemonade!) PS...I also drink a lot of water, but I do love my lemonade!
