Anyone have BlueShield Access + HMO..

I see a lot of Blue Cross Blue Shield, but I was wondering if anyone has BlueShield Access + HMO?... I'm currently in open enrollemtn, and if I don't get my surgery by Dec of this year, I have to switch. I wanted to know what my chances are of getting approved with BlueShield. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
