WHAT IS HAPPENING........depression?

I have been on Wellbutrin SR for over a year with periods when i have gone off. I have been feeling similiar to a depression relapse foe about a month. It is getting worse. I am sleeping until 11-1o'clock which is not good because my kids get up and I am powerless to wake up...then i am "drugged" feeling most all the day and very bit*hy, very angry all day. I have no motivation to do anything like laundry or cleaning but I am taking my meds faithfully.Also, I am beginning to pass out (sleep) after eating to much sugar and have had mysterious stomach pain attacks for more than a year now. Endoscopy showed nada.I am off my insurance for the next two months. ANY ADVICE SUGGESTIONS?
