Carbs is in everything. I want to stay away from Carbs, So I have decided to no

eat Breads.. Crackers.. Pasta.. Rice.. I am now eating Spinish.. green beans.. ETC. It does get boring. But I am sticking to it. I have a hard time with breakfast because I have no clue to what I should eat. I usually have Lite Fruit Cocktail & Cottage cheese. I am aware that this carries Carbs.. Bur what can we eat that don't have Carbs. Am I doing this right?
