I need help on what I should eat

I am one of the post-op's who can eat almost anything. My weight loss is slow and I have not thrown up in the last week. However I have found that I can eat almost anything even some sweets, I can eat cookies and Ice cream and even cake. I know this is bad but I actually can only take about 1 bite or 1 spoon full after that I have this funny feeling in my stomach. I use to throw up on a daily basis and I don't now. I have never dumped but I am a slow loser. Is this because of what I am able to eat? Don't get me wrong I can eat whatever but DO get quite full off of 3 bites of anything and I don't even think I am getting in the necessary nutrition. My dietitian told me to get in 60grams of protein and I try real hard but 60grams is like eating a whole steak and more. Can someone please give me an idea on what to eat...Also does anyone know of a good morning cereal that is low in carbs? And is eating fruit a good idea?
