Voc-Rehab has approved me for surgery but need a surgeon

I have been trying for the past 7 months to have surgery. I have done all the pre-op workup. And was getting ready to schedule surgery when we found out the surgeon dropped his contract with the state. Now we are in a desprate search to find another surgeon in the State of Oklahoma that has a contract with the state??? Can you help me????
