Almost 6 months post op and I've got strange pain

For the past 2 or 3 days I've had odd pains in my stomach/abdominal area. It doesn't feel like gas or anything, and its only painful when I eat. I've eaten salad, chicken, grapefruit, low-fat cheese quesadilla...and each time I get pains! Any ideas on what this pain could be? Thanks!!
