I am 6 months post op and 4 months pregnant with twins!

The doctors don't really know what to do with me. They are suceeding in scaring the heck out of me. Can someone give me rational advice on how to make sure my babies have a chance of being healthy. This was totally unplanned and to our knowledge impossible. God has a strange sense of humor :)
