My surgery with Dr. Boone in Fresno was approved by my insurance Foundation a couple

of weeks ago. On 4/10 I dropped off the last piece of paper that they needed. Today is 4/25 and Dr. Boone's office staff still hasn't called me to set a date for surgery. Once you have found out that you are approved how long does it usually take for the Dr.'s office to call and set a date?
