Individual Insurance Co-Pay: Is this Usual?

I've been shopping for individual insurance to cover my surgery and so far I've found one that will cover about 75% of the cost, for 239.00 per month, with a six month waiting period for the surgery. Has anyone heard of a better deal? Michelle
