HELP! HELP! HELP!

I have been deined agian becasue I have not had 3 supervised diets - but I have! I dont think they are recongizing one of them which was a gym who did weight measurements. What do I do now? The insurance will not let me speak to the ones who makes these decisions. I only get the customer service reps. The denial letter is very vague so I not sure what to do. I need help and I do not know where to go. Is anyone willing to help me with my letter? If so, please please please email me. I am desperate!!! [email protected]. Thanks a million!
