Is this a post op problem?

I have gotten these bumps after WLS surgery and many URI infections. Is this common? Im kind of concerned my OBGYN says it could be herpes or syphilis. Im very concerned can anyone tell my why Id get these now, Ive lost 75pds and weigh 170 pounds.
