I have been notified several times from lawyers about the use of Phen/fen

in the past. I am sure a lot of us tried these drugs. As most of us know, they were found to cause heart problems. My question is: When you are in the preop stage of WLS surgery, do they check for this problem? Also have any of you pursued this with the lawyers and is it worth the trouble? Thanks!
