What is this discomfort?

I have had a discomfort on the right side of my stomach about 11/2 inches from and parallel to my scar, I am 4 months post open DS. This is a new complaint and I am wondering what might be causing it and if it requires attention. I don't know if the pain is my stomach or abdominal cavity. Hurts mainly with movement and resembles post op pain. I am still wearing my binder no external sign of hernia, Any ideas? Thanks!
