What is the best cream or jell to use on your scar?

I am 3 weeks post op and my scar looks almost invisible, its so skinny! (My surgeon is the best!!!) but I was wondering since, now all the steri strips have fallen off, what is the best cream or jell to use on it because its starting to get a little dry and itchy! lol...thanks in advance
