WLS, Hypothyroid and PCOS

I am in the process of approval for WLS, I have hypothyroidism and PCOS. I am worried that with the combination of the two, I won't be successful with the surgery. Has anyone post-op had BOTH and how successful have you been? Any info would be great! Thanks in advance.
