Last night I ate my 1/4 cup of food.

And then as I was putting supper up I ate a spoonful of dinner (rice and baked chicken cut up). It wasn't an enormous spoonful but it was larger than I normally eat since surgery. After swallowing I felt poorly for a few minutes and then was fine. I am terrified that I have stretched my pouch or something...HELP! I am 7 weeks postop.
