I'm 5 weeks post op and over ther past week I've noticed my teeth never feel clean...

I know it sounds weird, but my teeth always feel like there is sugar on them. I can brush and floss my teeth like crazy and twenty minutes later my teeth feel like they're coated in sugar. Has anyone had this? Why is this happening? And, is there sometimes you can do to fix it?
