Can anyone give me ideas for protein in breakfast besides eggs?

I need help! I am so sick (literally) from egg beaters/eggs and can't stomach cottage cheese (or similar like ricotta). I can hardly stomach turkey bacon or lean ham. I have looked for the protein cereal listed - not available in RURAL Kansas. I thought this spring I'd try tofu shakes - but I am COLD all of the time. I also have not found a protein shake/bar I can stomach - they tend to come right back up - (Note: I have 40+ years of having an issue with the texture of foods - some I can tolerate - others I just can't get past.) Please help - I am almost 5 months post op (open RNY) and I am finding myself tempted by carbs. Also - I don't dump usually - but some food flavors turn my stomach. THanks for all of your help and ideas!
