Any Body for lifers out there?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone follows the Body For Life exercise program? I am pre-op (open rny at the end of January) and looking for an exercise program. I have heard good things but would like to hear from some wls survivors and their expiriences with the program. I have the book and really enjoyed it. Thanks
