Pre-Op, Lost 13 pounds, Help!!!!

Hi I am Pre-op and everything is starting to move forward. I did my informational meeting and will be doing some pre-op tests within the next month or so. The problem is that I lost 13 pounds due to the flu 3 weeks ago. I can't seem to put it back on and now my bmi is 39. I know, who complains about LOSING weight? But now I am worried they won't qualify me! Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
