I have been eating like crap!

There is no other way to put it. I can try to rationalize why I've been eating all the junk, but I'm not going to. The fact is I know that what I've been eating is wrong and that's all there is to it. I have spent the last few days eating chocolate, chips and dip, you name it! I am back on track THIS MOMENT, but I just wanted to know if this will effect me in the long run? I have days where I get off track but I'm starting to get worried. Luckily I am still losing regardless but I want to be HEALTHY. If I kick my butt in gear will everything be okay? Thanks!
