Need to hear from OK BC/BS/Blue Choice members

I have filed my first appeal letter after a denial because of an exclusion "regardless of diagnosis" and am in the process of my 2nd appeal request. Has anyone been successful in getting an approval from the appeal board. I'm so disheartened but far from giving up. Help please.
