BCBS Community Blue PPO of Michigan approve Lap?

I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Community Blue PPO, and was wondering if anyone with the same insurance company has been approved for the lap RNY? I meet all of the requirements for the procedure to be open, however, I want it done lap.
