I need help writing a letter.

My insurance does not do any precertifications of any kind. I was advised by the manager of the insurance company to write a letter to each member of the board of trustees of the company pleeding to them to make an acception to my case and do a pre-certification for me. He said "it wouldn't hurt" He also told me to ask them to send me a list of the guidelines they use for coverage of WLS since it is listed in the booklet for covered expenses. I'm a horrible letter writer and I could use help!! Can someone PLEASE help me?? :-)
