Medicare - Can approval for abdominoplasty be obtained with only chronic back pain as a reason?

I had open RNY covered by BC/BS but now only have Medicare. I do not have problems with rashes but am being treated for back pain. I've had 2 epidurals and will start physical therapy this week. I am 35 lbs. from goal. I thought the back pain would improve with the weight loss but it has not. Is this enough of a reason to be approved by Medicare?
