Can anyone tell me a site where revision is explained?

Does anyone know of a site where I can find information on how a revision is done? I don't mean a revision from one type of surgery to another. I have a partial staple line disruption of my rny staple line. I am looking for information on how my surgeon will cut me back open and this time transect (cut/separate) the pouch from the old stomach. I want to know if the old staples are removed and is there enough pouch to work with? Is the redone pouch smaller than before? I am afraid I will have a super small pouch and not be able to eat enough to get my nutrition after this surgery. My original pouch was 1 oz. It hasn't stretched but has an opening at the top and food is flowing into the old stomach. Thanks!
