Has anyone had RNY with a BMI under 40 & Barret's Esophagus?

My sister has a BMI in the high 30's and co-morbidities of Barret's Esophagus and high blood pressure. She also has some stress incontenance and family history of heart disease and stroke. Just wondering if insurance would accept the lower BMI with these co-morbidities.
