Does anyone know of a policy I could purchase in Nevada that would cover WLS

I'm planning on self paying, but was wondering if anyone knows of an insurance plan I could purchase in Nevada that would cover and pay for WSL. Do you know how long the wait would be after purchsing the policy until I could have the surgery?
