Triccar Prime Insurance, What or did you have a copay? What is it if so??

I have Tricare Prime for my insurance. and I did get a approval for the RNY. my question is what was your co-pay. if you had one. Or did they cover the surgery , DR, hospital and the anesthesolgist??? did they cover all of this or just some.. Thanks Bettina [email protected]
